É o centro de produção dos derivados da mandioca, por parte da comunidade quilombola Castainho. A qualquer um que visite é possivel conhecer as etapas de fabricação dos produtos. O funcionamento é sazonal.
It is a reasonably modern flour house, built in the late 2000s, in the place where there was an old traditional mud house, which used more rudimentary machinery. It is the center of production of the cassava derivatives, by the quilombola community Castainho. Anyone who visits is able to know the stages of manufacturing the products. The operation is seasonal.
