★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa desonesta e mentirosa, fiz uma comprar online, através do marketplace da magazine Luiza, e mandaram um produto inferior e mais barato do que o produto que de fato pedi e durante a conversa para a resolução do problema tentaram me induzir a ficar com o produto errado mentindo descaradamente dizendo que era um modelo mais caro e melhor e não iriam trocar, mandaram eu cancelar o pedido.
Caso vejam ferragens fortaleza no market place de qualquer loja corram pois é furada e dor de cabeça.
Dishonest and lying company, I made a purchase online, through Luiza magazine's marketplace, and they sent an inferior and cheaper product than the product I actually ordered and during the conversation to solve the problem they tried to induce me to keep the product wrong blatantly lying that it was a more expensive and better model and they wouldn't change it, I was told to cancel the order.
If you see fortress hardware in the market place of any store run because it is bored and headache.
