Momentos inesqueciveis tivemos nos 8 anos de cuidados oferecidos pela CR Higienopolis a nossa querida mãe D. Maria Ribeiro. Neste periodo pudemos atestar a qualidade dos serviços prestados por excelentes profissionais aos quais não temos palavras para expressar nosso eterno agradecimento. Todos os funcionários e diretores são considerados nossos irmãos e pessoas especiais em todos os sentidos. Obrigado Obrigado e mil vezes Obrigado.

During this period, we were able to attest to the quality of the services provided by excellent professionals to whom we have no words to express our eternal thanks. All employees and directors are considered our brothers and special people in every way. Thank you Thank you and a thousand times Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiramente gostaria de agradecer o carinho e o fino tratamento que tive com minha vó e com o meu sogro nesta Casa de Repouso, aulas nesse segundo lar! Pois o amor e atenção dados aos pacientes e familiares sao excelentes e nao condiz em nada com esse infeliz comentário que essa suposta pessoa Dona Maria Antonia Fontes fez sendo que nunca esteve neste estabelecimento portanto dona Maria se a Sra não tem o que fazer não faca comentarios injustos e mentirosos para pessoas que se dedicam tanto aos cuidados dos idosos e seus familiares!! Só tenho agradecer muito obrigada por tudo que fizeram por mim e por minha familia
First of all, I would like to thank you for the affection and the fine treatment I had with my grandmother and my father-in-law in this House of Rest, classes in this second home! Because the love and attention given to the patients and their families are excellent and does not fit in with the unfortunate comment that this supposed person Dona Maria Antonia Fontes made being that was never in this establishment therefore Dona Maria if you do not have what it does not make comments unfair and liars for people who are so dedicated to the care of the elderly and their families !! I just have to thank you so much for everything you have done for me and my family.

E mais fora a sujeira ea desorganização
Preços altíssimos e péssima qualidade nos serviços
Inclusive o imóvel a onde está a casa de repouso precisa de reforma urgente
Péssimas condições de moradia
E mais eu tinha uma amiga internada lá que já morreu
Eu avia lhe dado um ventilador e o mesmo foi roubado lá dentro
Inclusive a sócia a cristiane quando fui me queixar a mesma achou ruim e dando uma de valentona.
Pois eu fiz um b.o no mesmo dia. Agora quero ver a mesma ser valentona quando chegar a intimação da policia

Não recomendo jamais. Tremendamente insatisfeita. Melhor nem emitir maiores comentários. Não posso nem me lembrar dos tristes dias de setembro de 2020........................

My grandfather was very well taken care of in this house, they always make events and everyone is very happy and fun! They transmit incredible energy and I am eternally grateful for the care they took with Grandpa ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nota de esclarecimento aos comentários maldosos e mentirosos de algumas pessoas...
Primeiramente, não tem prédio residencial ao lado da CR Higienópolis, muito menos a possibilidade de vista para dentro da casa. Se viu maus tratos aos idosos tão claramente por sua janela, por que não filmou e denunciou? Ah ta!
Ao sr Sergio Pontes: Foi proibida a entrada do sr Sergio na Casa de Repouso Higienópolis pelo próprio filho da paciente! Por motivos que não cabem ser expostos aqui. Infelizmente ao descobrir que não seria mais aceito na casa o sr Sergio se descontrolou e enfrentou a dona Christianne, que sentiu MEDO e o pediu gentilmente para se retirar, eu estava na sala ao lado escutando tudo, foi um absurdo!
Infelizmente existem pessoas más que sentem prazer em criar dificuldades na vida daqueles que estão fazendo o bem e correndo atras do seu sustento!
Sou estagiária na CR Higienópolis e tudo que vejo é muito amor para com os idosos, respeito, trabalho duro e dedicação!

To Mr. Sergio Pontes: Mr. Sergio was not allowed to enter the Casa de Repouso Higienópolis by the patient's own son! For reasons that do not fit to be exposed here. Unfortunately when I found out that Mr. Sergio would no longer be accepted in the house, he lost control and faced Dona Christianne, who felt FEAR and kindly asked him to leave, I was in the next room listening to everything, it was absurd!
Unfortunately, there are bad people who take pleasure in creating difficulties in the lives of those who are doing good and running after their livelihood!
I am an intern at CR Higienópolis and all I see is a lot of love for the elderly, respect, hard work and dedication!

Parabéns a toda Equipe e sucesso. Sou voluntária e jamais escutei qquer reclamação dos idosos, pelo contrário.
Achei interessante um comentário aqui, não tem prédio vizinho a casa e de qquer forma sei que o quintal é todo coberto, não tem como ver a casa do alto. Absurdo.
I went to some events in this house and all I could see was a show of affection, attention and a lot of caprice.
Congratulations to the entire team and success. I am a volunteer and I never heard any complaints from the elderly, on the contrary.
I found an interesting comment here, there is no building next to the house and anyway I know that the yard is all covered, there is no way to see the house from above. Absurd.
