★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionante um lugar que deveria trabalhar apenas pessoas de bom coração, pessoas que tratam bem o próximo, fazer passarmos por um absurdo que aconteceu há um ano atrás! Demorei a reclamar pois a casa de repouso não estava cadastrada no Reclame Aqui.
Meu namorado estacionou o carro em frente a casa de repouso, porém na GUIA ALTA, onde PODE estacionar o carro sem nenhum problema, NÃO há nenhuma placa de proibido parar ou estacionar, enfim ele não estava errado em nada!
Uma pessoa de dentro da casa de repouso, riscou o carro dele com caneta permanente, escrevendo PARABÉNS. Sabemos que foi de dentro da casa pois fomos conversar com a possível proprietária e a mesma falou coisas do tipo: então não pare mais o carro aqui! Quando eu a ameacei de chamar a polícia a mesma falou que iria limpar o carro. Acabou que nós mesmos limpamos.
Tudo foi filmado e avisado que caso acontecesse novamente denunciaríamos o local. Caso não queiram que parem nenhum carro neste lugar, peçam ao departamento de trânsito para colocar faixa amarela e o símbolo da ambulância no chão!
Acho importante que todos saibam o tipo de pessoa e a capacidade da mesma que trabalha em um local desses, que deveria ter muito amor no coração e não praticar depredação com os bens dos outros! Espero nunca mais acontecer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom Dia...ambas as partes estão erradas, a senhora por parar o veiculo onde a guia é rebaixada e ela por riscar o seu carro. Pelo que entendi a senhora não foi visitar alguém internado apenas visitar algum amigo. Então neste caso deveria parar o seu veiculo na porta da casa a ser visitada. Conheço o local e a rua em questão. O bom senso deve vir de mabas as partes, mas veja é uma clinica de repouso que cuida de idosos que a qualquer momento precisam de uma ambulância, socorro médico ai é correto eles pararem no meio da rua ou em qualquer outro local por falta de senso de algum que simplesmente foi vistar um amigo que nem internado estava.
