Depois de reclamar ao dono e disser que ele perdeu um cliente a frase "eu perco um cliente e ganho mil". Respeito zero ao cliente.
 2 and a half hours of waiting, I finally canceled my order, still charged for what I didn't consume.
After complaining to the owner and saying that he lost a customer, the phrase "I lose a customer and win a thousand". Zero respect for the customer.

Um escondidinho veio um pouco frio e fiz o pedido de dois caldinhos( um de sarapatel e outro de camarão) o de sarapatel sem gosto e o de camarão veio com pedacinhos de amido de milho. Além do atendimento que foi péssimo.
It was one of the favorite places, but lately it has fallen a lot into the food concept. An Escondidinho came a little cold and I ordered two broths (one with sarapatel and the other with shrimp) the one with tasteless sarapatel and the one with shrimp came with small pieces of cornstarch. In addition to the service that was terrible.
