Liguei pra me informar sobre um produto, a atendente disse que não tinha, mas chamou a Dona da Loja pra eu poder fazer a encomenda... moral da história, só ouvi gritos e grosseria da Dona com a funcionária! Deu a impressão que a funcionária estava incomodando a Dona, e como se eu tivesse ligado lá para pedir algum tipo de favor ou caridade! Querida, tá de saco de cheio de trabalhar??? simples, fecha as portas, mas não fica maltratando funcionários! A hora que algum cliente resolver gravar em áudio ou vídeo o tratamento inenarrável que você oferta aos seus funcionários e te denunciar no Ministério do Trabalho, você está ferrada! Empresa que trata funcionários como cachorro, não merece atenção, tampouco crédito dos clientes! Nessa loja eu nunca mais coloco meus pés!!!
 Terrible! I called to inform me about a product, the clerk said she did not have, but called the Store Owner so I can place the order ... moral of the story, only heard screams and rudeness of Dona with the employee! It seemed that the employee was bothering Dona, and as if I had called there to ask for some kind of favor or charity! Honey, are you sick of working ??? simple, closes the doors, but does not mistreat employees! Whenever a client decides to record in audio or video the unspeakable treatment you offer your employees and report it to the Ministry of Labor, you're screwed! Company that treats employees like dogs, does not deserve attention, neither customer credit! In this store I never put my feet again !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja diz que vende pelo whatsapp, mas aí vc manda mensagem e eles não respondem. Aí fica difícil. A loja tem muita coisa mas os preços e o atendimento deixam a desejar.
The store says it sells through whatsapp, but then you send a message and they don't respond. Then it gets hard. The store has a lot but the prices and service leave something to be desired.

Rude service, employees argue in front of customers without the slightest concern, including swearing. I don't spend another penny of my money in this place. Unfortunate !
