★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem pedi uma marmita e um refrigerante 2 L , ok vieram me entregar , o motoboy deles me cobrou oque eu avia pedido, mais não veio o refrigerante, ele ligou na hora para a atendente , ela informou que enviaria em 20 minutos , tomei a liberdade e fui na mercearia comprar o refrigerante, para almoçar , e fiquei esperando eles me trazerem o que eu tinha solicitado pelo restaurante , mais não vieram.
Hoje tentei ligar várias vezes e ninguém atendeu , devo ter feito umas 30 ligações !!! E não tive retorno , eles não estão preocupados para atender a Galera !!! Nunca vi um restaurante agir assim.
Vou ter que pedir meu almoço em outro restaurante !!! Infelizmente !!!
E eu gosto da salada da Casa !!!
Pena não vou comer o meu prato preferido.
Só estou reclamando para que eles atendam melhor , só por isso !!!
Assim que eu conseguir entrar em contato com os mesmo vou fazer minha reclamação , sobre o ocorrido !!!

Foi resolvido o problema que tive , em relação ao atendimento !! A Gerente Mirilia resolveu tudo , e ainda continuo a comer a salada da casa !!!
Yesterday I ordered a lunch box and a 2 L soft drink, ok they came to deliver me, their motoboy charged me for what I ordered, but the soft drink didn't come, he called the attendant right away, she said she would send it in 20 minutes, I took my freedom and I went to the grocery store to buy the soda, to have lunch, and I was waiting for them to bring me what I had asked for at the restaurant, but they didn't come.
Today I tried to call several times and no one answered, I must have made some 30 calls !!! And I had no return, they are not concerned to serve the crowd !!! I've never seen a restaurant do that.
I'll have to order my lunch at another restaurant !!! Unfortunately !!!
And I like the house salad !!!
I'm not going to eat my favorite dish.
I'm just complaining so that they serve better, just for that !!!
As soon as I get in touch with them I will make my complaint, about what happened !!!

The problem I had was solved in relation to the service !! The Manager Mirilia solved everything, and I still continue to eat the house salad !!!
