★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto de lá, bom atendimento e grandes variedade de biscoitos e guloseimas, sempre com boas ofertas bem baratas mesmo, fica aberto até as 21horas, o que na minha opinião é muito bom pra compras desses itens. Sempre que vou ao Rio,no coração de Copacabana passo para fazer compras!
 I like it there, good service and great variety of biscuits and goodies, always with good offers very cheap even, is open until 9pm, which in my opinion is very good for purchases of these items. Whenever I go to Rio, in the heart of Copacabana I go shopping!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un buen lugar para comprar golosinas a bajo costo y que en algunos casos es muy bajo. Tienen variedades de chocolates, galletas y otros dulces típicos de Brasil y otros más bien de cadenas.
Vimos varios locales similares y de verdad vale la pena comprar por su valor y por lo novedoso de sus variedades.
A good place to buy goodies at low cost and that in some cases is very low. They have varieties of chocolates, cookies and other sweets typical of Brazil and others rather of chains.
We saw several similar places and it is really worth buying for its value and the novelty of its varieties.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje dia 09/09/2020 Fui até o estabelecimento para comprar biscoitos variados, ao chegar no caixa para fazer o pagamento fui constrangida pela atendente, dizendo ela que a nota de R$10,00 não estava apta para o pagamento por que estava suja de poeira, e não poderia aceitar por que a gerência iria descontar do bolso dela. Primeiro que a nota só não pode ser aceita se estiver rasgada, ou suja de tinta. Então muito sem cabimento abordagem da mesma, a nota que repassei foi me dada através do saque do banco, o rapaz que ela perguntou que eu acredito ser o gerente, aceitou mas com cara de desprezo e ainda dizendo que notas assim não seriam aceitas por que a boca do caixa não passa. Pois bem, passa sim, basta ir no atendimento presencial que o banco troca rapidamente. Espero que o RH de vocês treinem melhor os atendentes com aulas de como abordar o cliente sem constranger e aulas de como observar cédulas de dinheiro, por que se continuar dessa forma de atendimento que tive hoje, vão perder clientes.
Today 09/09/2020 I went to the establishment to buy assorted cookies, when I arrived at the cashier to make the payment I was embarrassed by the attendant, saying that the R $ 10.00 note was not suitable for payment because I was dirty dust, and couldn't accept why management would take it out of her pocket. First, the note cannot be accepted unless it is torn, or soiled with ink. So very unreasonable approach to it, the note I passed on was given to me through the withdrawal from the bank, the boy she asked that I believe to be the manager, accepted but with a face of contempt and still saying that notes like that would not be accepted because the cashier's mouth doesn't pass. Well, yes, just go to the face-to-face service that the bank changes quickly. I hope that your HR will better train the attendants with classes on how to approach the customer without embarrassment and classes on how to observe bank notes, because if you continue with this form of service that I had today, you will lose customers.
