Mais de 2 meses e o serviço não foi feito, 4 semanas atrás deixaram algumas barras do corrimão alegando que faltava alguma outra estrutura e sumiram de novo.
Ninguém atende telefone fixo, celular ou retorna mensagens
They should work with magic, because they're great at disappearing.
More than 2 months and the service was not done, 4 weeks ago they left some bars on the handrail claiming that some other structure was missing and disappeared again.
No one answers a landline, cell phone or returns messages

My client made the payment in cash and they don't deliver the products, they don't answer the phone... nothing. We will make an Occurrence Bulletin. They are very picky.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei pelo WhatsApp e deu tudo certo. O box foi bem instalado pelo Matheus e pelo Elivan. Fizeram a manutenção em um box existente também que ficou ótima.
I hired through WhatsApp and everything went well. The box was well installed by Matheus and Elivan. They did the maintenance on an existing box too which turned out great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível. Pegam seu dinheiro antecipado não entregam o serviço total, deixam parte pra depois e em seguida somem como se tivesse tudo ok. Não entendo como ainda tem nota boa esta empresa. Fujam eles não entregarão seu produto e não atenderão mais o telefone.
Horrible. They take your money in advance, they don't deliver the full service, they leave it for later and then disappear as if everything was ok. I don't understand how this company still has a good rating. Run away they won't deliver your product and they won't answer the phone anymore.
