Expressão horrível não sabe deixar o cliente se explicar o motivo da ligação, ignorante, enganadora de pessoas de idade nas vendas com a vendedora enganaram meu tio, por que ele não entende muito de aparelho celular. Foi cobrado um valor maior do aparelho na compra.
Não se preocupe a lei do consumidor é maior acima da sua ignorância GERENTE e VENDEDORA, quem precisa de comissão é vocês que vivem enganando pessoas rurais da cidade de caucaia. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma loja enganadora. Meu filhos comprou um celular de 1050 e deu 800 reais em dinheiro. Acontece que eles ofereceram um cartão de crédito para ele comprar esse celular. Só que quando chegou a fatura, cobraram os mesmos 800 reais que ele deu em espécie como entrada pelo aparelho. Foi várias vezes tentar resolver e não resolveu. Estou esperando uma viatura da polícia chegar pra resolver isso na delegacia. Se tivesse nota 0 Eu tbm daria.
