★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um smartphone realmente c11 hoje lá o vendedor me vendeu um aparelho de 2 de memória RAM e 32 de armazenamento interno como se fosse um de 4 de ram e 64 de armazenamento o vendedor se aproveitou que eu estava com meu enrolado que era autista e me vendeu um aparelho inferior eu fui imediatamente procurar o gerente pra devolver meu dinheiro ou me dar outro aparelho o .o gerente recusou a troca e me falou que eu não tinha direito de desistir da compra eu achei um absurdo pois sou cliente da casa do celular não fui tratado com respeito

Fui muito bem atendido pelo vendedor Anderson, muito atencioso, simpático e consegue com facilidade tirar todas as dúvidas do cliente e orientar um celular adequado a procura do cliente. Também parabenizo a Tathy pelo seu bom atendimento no processo de finalizar a compra junto a Manuela no caixa. Sair satisfeito com a compra e escolhi toda proteção que a loja oferece.
