não sei onde está o problema, se é na falta de um atendimento bom, ou na imprestividade de não arrumar esse sistema.
do que adianta ter a "casa do cidadão" se meus desejos como cidadão não atendidos??? terei que me deslocar até outra cidade para assim conseguir o que quero. decepcionado.
 horrible experience, I've been trying to get the reservist for 1 month now, and they just come up with the same "no system" answer.
I don't know where the problem is, if it's the lack of good service, or the impossibility of not fixing this system.
what is the use of having the "citizen's house" if my wishes as a citizen are not met??? I will have to move to another city to get what I want. disappointed.
