O vendedor da um prazo para entregar o material cortado e o funcionário da outro e mesmo assim não cumprem. quando vc chega para retirar, o cara do corte nem lembra mais do seu projeto. Isso aconteceu comigo. tive que ir 3 vezes seguidas e a ultima tive que esperar o cara concluir para não ter que voltar novamente.
the service during the sale is good, but after you make the payment, the headache starts. The seller gives a deadline to deliver the cut material and the employee of the other and still do not comply. when you arrive to remove, the cut guy doesn't even remember your project anymore. It happened to me. I had to go 3 times in a row and the last time I had to wait for the guy to finish so he wouldn't have to go back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Segunda vez que sofri o mal atendimento dos vendedores, enquanto outro vendedor estava fazendo meu plano de corte um outro vendedor chegou tomando a frente ocupando o computador, eu disse que iria registrar uma reclamação na loja e o mesmo respondeu-me que fizesse, pois ele não se importaria, rindo. Enfim, necessitei do material a pronta entrega e era a única loja que o tinha. Só recomendo a loja em caso de última necessidade, se você não puder esperar pelo produto, se puder compre em outra loja, o mal trato dos vendedores e o calor não compensam.
The second time I suffered poor service from the salesmen, while another salesman was making my cut plan, another salesman came forward taking up the computer, I said he would file a complaint at the store and he replied that he did, because he wouldn't mind, laughing. Anyway, I needed the material for prompt delivery and it was the only store that had it. I only recommend the store in case of last necessity, if you cannot wait for the product, if you can buy it in another store, the mistreatment of the sellers and the heat are not worth it.
