Depois, informaram em 120min que o pedido estava pronto esperando o motoboy chegar e depois em 180min, informou que o motoboy já saiu. Esperamos mais 60min e nada.
Pediram desculpas, mas sinceramente as desculpas seriam aceitas com total compreensão, se informassem a verdade sobre as dificuldades que estavam tendo. Eram mais de 23hs e quase fiquei sem fazer pedido em outro lugar, devido a fase da restrição.
 I made the delivery order, they were disturbed with the service and had total lack of consideration informing in 60min that they were delivering in 90min. Then, they informed in 120 minutes that the order was ready waiting for the motoboy to arrive and later in 180min, he informed that the motoboy has already left. We wait another 60min and nothing.
They apologized, but sincerely the apologies would be accepted with complete understanding, if they informed the truth about the difficulties they were having. It was more than 11pm and I almost didn't place an order anywhere else, due to the restriction phase.
