Perguntei se não iam me enviar a cotação e a atendente respondeu que não tinha como, queixou que a loja estava cheia. Perguntei se nesse caso eu não podia contar com eles pra compra, a atendente Karine respondeu que não, sem se quer mostrar uma solução. Pior atendimento que já experimentei na vida. Não recomendo.
Terrible attendance. Super tough attendant with customers. Response time for super time consuming quotation. I asked if they would not send me the quote and the attendant replied that there was no way, complained that the store was full. I asked if in this case I could not count on them for purchase, the attendant Karine replied that no, without wanting to show a solution. Worst service I have ever experienced in life. I do not recommend.
