Atendimento muito ruim por parte de um funcionário de mais idade e olhos azuis... meu amigo perguntou educadamente ao funcionário se haveria a possibilidade de ligar o ar condicionado devido ao calor. Em silêncio total o funcionário ficou, o funcionário olhou nos olhos do meu amigo, ignorou e não respondeu nada, fiquei estarrecido vendo aquilo. Deveria dizer qualquer coisa..sei lá. Pelo menos um " não tem como ligar" e não o absurdo que ele fez de olhar nos olhos do cliente e deixar a pessoa no vácuo. Até a outra cliente que estava sentada em outra viu e falou" não deixa isso destruir seu dia". Fora isso o atendimento das mulheres principalmente a menina do BOLO , é um excelente atendimento parabéns as mulheres pq os homens lá em geral o atendimento é péssimo por parte dos homens. POR FIM, NÃO RECOMENDO.
I went to breakfast several times but after today I NEVER go back there. Very bad service from an older employee with blue eyes... my friend politely asked the employee if it would be possible to turn on the air conditioning due to the heat. In total silence the employee was, the employee looked into my friend's eyes, ignored and didn't answer anything, I was astonished seeing that. I should say something...I don't know. At least one "no way to call" and not the absurdity he made of looking the customer in the eye and leaving the person in a vacuum. Even the other client who was sitting in another one saw her and said, "Don't let this ruin your day." Other than that, the service provided to women, especially the girl from BOLO, is an excellent service, congratulations to the women, because the men there in general, the service is terrible by the men. FINALLY, I DON'T RECOMMEND.
