Tenho quase uma dezena de máquinas, todas profissionais e todas funcionam em lugar alto e protegido de água, construído exclusivamente pra isso e sempre segundo o manual. Já consertaram várias ao longo dos anos, mas agora a empresa virou enganação.
Só pra citar última, uma das minhas máquinas de meu uso pessoal, que me acompanha há 8 anos e nunca deu problemas, teve um entupimento depois de emprestar a um colega. O conserto ficou 1/3 do preço de uma nova, ponderei e fiz.
O dono da empresa estranhamente ficou falando algumas recomendações malucas sobre o equipamento, expondo situações que nunca ocorrem no uso do mesmo. Tava armando o golpe.. .
Perguntei se estava consertado, se poderia usar como de costume e descrevi o lugar e a situação (uma vez por semana em local exclusivo pra ela).
Ele disse que sim.
Nem preciso dizer que funcionou 10 minutos e parou no primeiro uso. Ao levar de volta adivinha: mais da metade para consertar e a justificativa foi que entrou água na máquina.
Poor service and turned into a scam, it was good in the past. I have almost a dozen machines, all professional and all work in a high place and protected from water, built exclusively for this and always according to the manual. Several have been fixed over the years, but now the company has become a scam.
Just to mention last, one of my personal use machines, which has been with me for 8 years and has never been a problem, had a blockage after lending to a colleague. The repair was 1/3 the price of a new one, I pondered and did it.
The owner of the company strangely kept talking some crazy recommendations about the equipment, exposing situations that never occur when using it. I was setting up the coup ...
I asked if it was fixed, if it could be used as usual and described the place and the situation (once a week in an exclusive place for her).
He said yes.
Needless to say, it worked 10 minutes and stopped at first use. When you take it back, guess what: more than half to fix and the justification was that water got into the machine.
