★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior atendimento que vi na vida! Sempre almocei no restaurante, indiquei, e quando veio a pandemia, comecei a pedir delivery. No dia de hoje, 25/02 realizei um pedido delivery para o almoço e informei qual seria o meu meio de pagamento. Depois de aprox. 1 hora meu pedido chegou, porém para minha surpresa (ou não), o motoboy não trouxe a maquininha incorreta (já aconteceu outras vezes, porém sempre realizava o pagamento por outro método), desta vez eu estava apenas com o cartão que INFORMEI a atendente, então pagaria apenas com o que solicitei, e foi aí que começou o show de horrores... o motoboy ligou ao restaurante para saber o que fazer, e a DONA do estabelecimento mandou simplesmente ele levar a comida de volta, pois ela não iria pagar outra taxa para o motoboy voltar e cobrar o pagamento, mesmo o erro sendo DELA! Ficamos indginados, pois estávamos contando com a comida, visto que estamos trabalhando em home office e temos horários para almoçar! Meu namorado pediu para conversar com a senhorita, que por sua vez, nos informou que preferia perder 40 reais do que fazer o motoboy voltar (sendo que o frete foi de 13 reais, além de tudo é PÉSSIMA de contas, pois o prejuízo seria obviamente maior, visto que ao invés de perder 13 reais, perderia clientes e a longo prazo, uma quantidade consideravel de dinheiro, já que estamos em uma pandemia e não está fácil para ninguém... pelo visto para eles está ótimo, devem estar bombando de clientes). Enfim, depois de insistência e a atendente desconfiando de nossa índole, ela acabou cedendo e ficamos com a comida (mais que justo) e pedimos para que o motoboy voltasse para realizar a cobrança. A senhora ainda disse pelo telefone “melhor ficarem com a comida, se não depois vão reclamar no Google”. Me senti menosprezada, julgada e maltratada por um erro que não fui eu que cometi. O pior de tudo é que a senhora que nos ofereceu este atendimento tão horroroso, é simplesmente a dona do estabelecimento, o que nos chocou ainda mais, pois não tem a noção básica de como tratar um cliente. Se para vocês, 13 reais de frete vale mais que um cliente fiel, parabéns! Estamos aguardando o motoboy vir cobrar, pois sou honesta e JAMAIS deixaria de realizar o pagamento, ao contrário do julgamento realizado. Ficamos perplexos! Não peço mais, não indico mais e é uma pena um estabelecimento com uma ótima qualidade na comida, ter uma proprietária tão mal preparada..
Worst service I've ever seen! I always had lunch at the restaurant, I indicated, and when the pandemic came, I started asking for delivery. Today, February 25th, I placed a delivery order for lunch and informed my payment method. After approx. 1 hour my order arrived, but to my surprise (or not), the courier did not bring the wrong machine (it has happened at other times, but always made the payment by another method), this time I only had the card that I informed the attendant , then I would only pay with what I requested, and that's when the horror show started ... the motoboy called the restaurant to know what to do, and the DONA of the establishment simply told him to take the food back, as she would not go pay another fee for the motoboy to come back and collect the payment, even if the mistake is HER! We were indignant, because we were counting on the food, since we are working in the home office and we have times for lunch! My boyfriend asked to talk to the lady, who in turn, informed us that she would rather lose 40 reais than make the motorcycle courier return (the freight was 13 reais, besides everything is AWESOME, as the loss would obviously be bigger, since instead of losing 13 reais, it would lose customers and in the long run, a considerable amount of money, since we are in a pandemic and it is not easy for anyone ... apparently for them it is great, they must be pumping customers). Anyway, after insistence and the attendant distrusting our nature, she ended up giving in and we kept the food (more than fair) and asked the motoboy to come back to collect it. The lady also said over the phone "better keep the food, otherwise they'll complain on Google". I felt underestimated, judged and mistreated for a mistake that I didn't make. Worst of all, the lady who offered us this horrible service is simply the owner of the establishment, which shocked us even more, as she does not have the basic notion of how to treat a customer. If for you, 13 reais of freight is worth more than a loyal customer, congratulations! We are waiting for the motoboy to come to collect, as I am honest and would NEVER stop making the payment, contrary to the judgment made. We were perplexed! I don’t ask for more, I don’t recommend it anymore and it’s a shame an establishment with a great quality of food, to have an owner so ill prepared ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar de abertos não estão preparados para receber clientes após as 13h30. Pedi uma baião com jabá e a carne estava boa, porém a mandioca quando não estava seca e dura, estava encharcada de óleo. O arroz era o cascão da panela, sem sabor, longe de um baião, não parecia nem mesmo um arroz comum, sem sabor algum. Se não for para servir um belo preto e cobrar por isso que avisem antes de servir. Ainda cobraram o serviço que não foi lá essas coisas, na verdade quase não houve.
