★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabei de comprar 2 pães de queijo e o valor cobrado foi de 2 reais a mais por pão de queijo do que o que consta no cardápio. Quando fui reclamar o atendente se recusou a ressarcir o dinheiro cobrado a mais. Pilantragem pura.
I just bought 2 loaves of cheese and the amount charged was 2 reais more for cheese bread than what is on the menu. When I went to complain the clerk refused to reimburse the extra money. Pure pilanage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Funcionários grossos e não são atenciosos. Esperar um sorriso? Espera sentado, já que vai ter que esperar muito pelo seu pedido mesmo. Quer trabalhar com público, mas não sabe atender um cliente? Tomara que o dono leia isso e dê um toque em seus funcionários, nenhum dos três que estavam no momento eram minimamente capacitados para receber um cliente.
Bad service. Staff are rude and not attentive. Expect a smile? Wait a minute, since you will have to wait a long time for your request. Want to work with audiences, but can't meet a customer? Hopefully the owner reads this and touches his employees, none of the three who were currently minimally qualified to receive a customer.
