Lousy has no respect for the customer I'm waiting for my sofa for over 1 month and so far nothing at all. from phone we have p complain I don't recommend this store to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja não cumpre com prazo de entrega, minha tia comprou um Sofá no dia 06/12 e até o de hoje 26/12 nada de entrega. Ligaram dizendo que vinha, fizeram esprera e até às 18h e nada, péssima experiência com a loja.
The store does not meet the delivery deadline, my aunt bought a sofa on 12/06 and until today 12/26 there is no delivery. They called saying they were coming, they made an appointment and until 6 pm and nothing, bad experience with the store.

Horrible bought a couch until hj hope I turn pro deposit speak qa Shop N sent my request called to store spoke to the manager he said I was going to turn pro deposit and returned me 10 minutes to get hj hope I was in the woman store said q without fail handed on Monday until now nothing

My experience is being the worst possible bought a upholstered game guaranteed that would deliver until 23/12 did not meet the agreed I went to the store get no return. Comprei uma cama e guarda roupa na loja de cajazeiras dia 10/06/20 vinheram entregar dia 23/06/20 depois de muita briga. Detalhe estou gestante faltando 2 semana pra chegada da minha filha e o guarda roupa nao foi armado ainda. Telefone ninguem atende, gerente da loja nao deu a mínima.
Nao comprem nessa loja.
Ainda estou na luta pra vim armar o guarda roupa
Terrible if something worse than bad is this store
I bought a bed and wardrobe at the cajazeiras store on 06/10/20 and delivered on 06/23/20 after a lot of fighting. Detail I'm pregnant 2 weeks before my daughter's arrival and the wardrobe hasn't been armed yet. No one answers the phone, the store manager didn't give a damn.
Don't buy in that store.
I'm still in the fight to come and arm the wardrobe

Comprei um sofá nesta loja no dia 24/11/2019 e até hoje não chegou. Ou seja um mês amanhã, sendo que tive o prazo que chegaria em até 07 dias. Um absurdo! Estou decepcionada, vou estornar a compra hoje. Ligo pro telefone da loja disponível na nota de compra e diz que o nº não existe.
Terrible!
I bought a sofa in this store on 11/24/2019 and it still hasn't arrived. That is a month tomorrow, and I had the deadline that would arrive in up to 07 days. Nonsense! I am disappointed, I will reverse the purchase today. I call the store phone available on the purchase note and says the number does not exist.
