★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi horrível, levei meu cachorro no domingo vivo, paguei internamento caro por ser plantonista e deixaram meu cachorro morrer. Apenas fizeram hemograma e não foi a fundo para saber o cáchorro tinha. 3 pessoa comigo que leva o caoo morre nessa clínica.
 It was horrible, I took my dog alive on Sunday, I paid expensive hospitalization for being on duty and they let my dog die. They just did a blood count and didn't go deep to find out what the dog had. 3 person with me who takes the caoo dies in this clinic.

Além de serem arrogantes só se importam com o dinheiro e você vai logo perceber que eles estão nem aí para o seu gato mas sim vão inventar desculpas porque você tem que fazer algo ou pagar algo antes deles podem informar qualquer coisa. Quando fui aí meu gato estava muito mau, mas inventaram mil coisas que eu tinha que pagar, cheguei até a internar ele e mesmo assim meu gato não ficava bem. Hoje estou com uma doutora que não tem comparação quanto ela cuida do meu Gato e tantas vezes ela me ajudou sem cobrar nada. Sendo que ela mesma disse que alguns MEDICAMENTOS, ela não teria passado ou não ENTENDEU PORQUE ELES AÍ PASSARAM JÁ QUE MEU GATO NEM PRECISAVA.
A gente pensa as vez que só porque é caro é bom e vão cuidar com todo carinho do seu animal já que ele está ali passando mau mas não gente nem sempre é assim as vezes as pessoas só querem se aproveitar da situação.
Depois descobrir que várias pessoas por aqui onde moro tinham passado pela mesma situação e Me arrependendo muito de não ter me tocado, mas não pelo dinheiro mas sim porque meu gato demorou de ficar bem.

When I went there my cat was very bad, but they invented a thousand things that I had to pay, I even admitted him and even then my cat was not well. Today I am with a doctor who has no comparison when she takes care of my Cat and so many times she helped me without charging anything. Since she herself said that some MEDICINES, she would not have passed or did not UNDERSTAND WHY THEY PASSED THERE AS MY CAT NEEDED.
We sometimes think that just because it is expensive it is good and they will take care of your pet with all the affection since it is there, but not people are not always like that sometimes people just want to take advantage of the situation.
Then I found out that several people around here where I live had gone through the same situation and I really regret not having touched me, but not because of the money but because my cat was slow to get well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo. Levei meu cachorro(Pelé). A médica muito fria, nem tocou no cachorro, mal olhou. Pelé estava morrendo de dor, gemendo. Queriam que internasse, mas não deixei; pois percebi que o interesse ali é só financeiro. Pedi para aplicarem alguma medicação para aliviar a dor. Sinceramente, não sei o que aplicaram, pois não fez efeito. Levei em outra clínica urgente e Pelé foi super bem atendido.
I do not recommend. I took my dog (Pelé). The doctor was very cold, she didn't even touch the dog, she barely looked. Pele was dying of pain, moaning. They wanted me to be admitted, but I didn't let them; because I realized that the interest there is only financial. I asked them to apply some medication to relieve the pain. Honestly, I don't know what they applied because it had no effect. I took it to another urgent clinic and Pelé was very well attended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei muito do atendimento do Médico Veterinário Dr. Ricardo, gostei também da estrutura física da Clínica e recepção/acolhimento . Esse Médico vem de Feira de Santana para dar plantões, ele salvou minha cadelinha idosa de 16 anos que chegou morrendo, com febre alta e secreção vaginal por causa da doença Piometra. Sou eternamente grata, não tenho como agradecer.
I really enjoyed the service provided by the Veterinary Doctor Dr. Ricardo, I also liked the physical structure of the Clinic and reception/welcoming. This Doctor comes from Feira de Santana to work shifts, he saved my 16 year old dog who arrived dying, with a high fever and vaginal discharge due to Piometra disease. I am eternally grateful, I cannot thank you.

na Cidade Baixa, a Casa do Veterinário é a melhor que tem.
Quero agradecer com todo carinho o cuidado e zelo de vcs pelo excelente serviço prestado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo! Primeira e espero que última vez que eu tenha precisado ir na casa do veterinário. Minha gata sofreu uma queda e eu aflita corri para a emergência 24 horas mais próxima da minha casa e essa era a única aqui na cidade baixa, primeiro que eu cheguei quase 01:00 da manhã e o abençoado da recepção demorou para abrir o portão, antes de abrir já foi falando que o valor era tanto ?, eu não estava querendo saber de valor se fui é porque tinha como pagar, entro e a médica demora a vim chamar, quando entro na sala leva um século para fazer a ficha , minha gata caiu de um lugar super alto, ela verificou a gata ( até aí beleza) mas ficou só nisso no olhometro , a pessoa paga caro para a médica não fazer nenhum exame para saber se ela teve alguma lesão interna, viu que a boca dela estava bem machucada e não orientou a fazer nada. Lamentável o serviço, paguei caro e vou pagar novamente para leva-lá para um PROFISSIONAL.

My cat had a fall and I was distressed and ran to the 24-hour emergency room closest to my house and this was the only one here in the lower city, first I arrived at almost 01:00 in the morning and the blessed reception took a while to open the gate, before opening, I was already saying that the amount was so much ?, I wasn't wondering if I went, it's because I had to pay, I go in and the doctor takes a long time to call, when I enter the room it takes a century to make the file, my cat fell from a super high place, she checked the cat (so far beauty) but that was all in the eyemeter, the person pays dearly for the doctor not to do any exam to find out if she had any internal injury, saw that her mouth was badly hurt and not instructed to do anything. The service is regrettable, I paid dearly and I will pay again to take it there to a PROFESSIONAL.
