★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este estabelecimento consegue ter o PIOR atendimento de Natal! Vc chega e fica um tempão pra ser atendido! As vendedoras e a gerente não estão nem aí para o cliente e são super grosseiras. Não sei como esse estabelecimento ainda está funcionando! Se acham auto-suficientes e ficam com cara feia o tempo todo!
 This establishment manages to have the WORST Christmas service! You arrive and stay a long time to be attended! The salespeople and the manager don't care about the customer and are super rude. I don't know how this establishment is still functioning! They are self-sufficient and look ugly all the time!

The store does not respect customers as it allows some customers to skip the queue. I felt embarrassed and humiliated by the employees who supported the client who skipped the line when I and other clients complained.

O atendimento é um item à parte. Todos educados, conhecem da atividade. Realmente, excelente a experiência!
Best place for decoration, gifts, fabrics, trims. Great location, with covered parking and plenty of parking. Safe, as it is in the parking lot of the Nordestão supermarket. Service is a separate item. All educated, know the activity. Really, excellent experience!
