★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amo/sou Casa dos Doces há muito tempo, mas fiquei decepcionado na minha primeira ida à filial de Casa Forte.
1) Nem todos cardápios têm preços;
2) A oferta de tortas para vender fatias é bem menor que as tortas para compra (vide fotos). Fomos no final da tarde e ainda tinham 19 tortas inteiras para vender. Se um cliente pede uma que não vende em fatias, os funcionários deveriam ser orientados a partir a torta. Até fechar eles venderão tudo? Claro que não! E provavelmente estas tortas serão vendidas em fatias amanhã. É amadorismo e a Casa dos Doces é muito velha pra isso. Minha mãe pediu um rocambole achando que seria parecido com a torta, mas era bem diferente. Na Dalena você fica doido porque todas as tortas estão disponíveis. O mesmo deveria acontecer aqui;
3) Os cafés demoraram muito e quando chegaram, estavam frios. A atendente disse que estava fervendo o leite, mas este estava gelado.
Se eu estivesse na Barraca da Dona Maria no Mercado de Casa Amarela, pagando 1/4 do que pagamos, eu não falaria nada. Mas por este preço o serviço deve melhorar muito.
 I love / am a Candy House for a long time, but I was disappointed on my first trip to the Casa Forte branch.
1) Not all menus have prices;
2) The offer of pies to sell slices is much smaller than the pies to buy (see photos). We went in the late afternoon and still had 19 whole pies to sell. If a customer orders one that does not sell in slices, employees should be told to break the pie. Until they close will they sell everything? Of course not! And probably these pies will be sold sliced tomorrow. It's amateurish and the Candy House is too old for that. My mother ordered a roulade thinking it would look like the pie, but it was quite different. In Dalena you go crazy because all the pies are available. The same should happen here;
3) The coffees took a long time and when they arrived they were cold. The attendant said she was boiling the milk, but it was cold.
If I were in Dona Maria's Stall at Casa Amarela Market, paying 1/4 of what we paid, I wouldn't say anything. But for this price the service should improve a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os doces e salgados são excelentes. A experiência na hora de pagar foi complicada porque, a atendente falou que não acitava dinheiro pois não tinha troco. E que se eu não tivesse outra forma de pagar poderia sair sem fazê-lo.
The sweet and savory ones are excellent. The experience when paying was complicated because, the attendant said that she did not accept money because there was no change. And that if I had no other way to pay I could leave without doing it.

Very organized, good service, good space! I don't think it's the best cake and sweets, but it works when you feel like it and there's no other place nearby open!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O ambiente é legal, recém inaugurado (creio que coisa de 1-2 meses?), estabelecimento no local da antiga Subway. Querendo ou não, a maior parte do cardápio é de doces, porém, possuem algumas ofertas de salgados. Infelizmente no dia que eu fui as opções salgadas do cardápio estavam indisponíveis (crepes e tapiocas), ou seja, restante apenas doces. O atendimento estava bem comprometido, apenas 2 atendentes (mesmo com uma lotação de 30% da loja) e mesmo assim demorando significativamente. Não posso opinar do gosto/ qualidade da comida porque sequer fui atendido! Pretendo voltar, dar uma segunda chance, mas a primeira experiência não foi legal.
The environment is cool, just opened (I believe 1-2 month thing?), Establishment on the site of the old Subway. Whether you like it or not, most of the menu is made of sweets, but they do have some salty offerings. Unfortunately the day I went the salty choices of the menu were unavailable (crepes and tapiocas), ie, the only remaining sweet. The service was well compromised, only 2 attendants (even with a 30% store stocking) and still taking a long time. I can not comment on the taste / quality of the food because I was not even served! I intend to go back, give it a second chance, but the first experience was not cool.
