Tem piscina, quadra, bar, mesas com cadeiras para uma resenha com os amigos e estacionamento (pago).
Pensando no melhor aproveitamento do espaço, acredito que poderiam realizar melhorias, principalmente na quadra, nos banheiros e no bar.
Em relação a quadra tem alguns buracos no teto que causam goteiras durante os dias chuvosos, a quadra é um misto de taco e cimento e em alguns pontos os reparos de cimento estão soltando ficando com terra e escorregadios. Ainda sobre a quadra tem refletores funcionando, outros piscando, outros funcionando parcialmente e outros queimados.
Quanto aos banheiros, acredito que a limpeza e pintura seriam os principais pontos a serem revisto, em certos momentos o cheiro não é nada convidativo.
O bar poderia voltar a funcionar, oferecendo itens básicos para os frequentadores do clube.
Conheço exemplos de clubes menores que foram revitalizados e conseguiram maior visibilidade e locação de todos os horários vagos.
The space is very good.
It has a swimming pool, court, bar, tables with chairs for a review with friends and parking (paying).
Thinking about the best use of space, I believe that improvements could be made, especially in the court, in the bathrooms and in the bar.
Regarding the court, it has some holes in the ceiling that cause leaks during rainy days, the court is a mix of taco and cement and in some places the cement repairs are loosening, getting dirt and slippery. Still on the court, there are reflectors working, others flashing, others partially working and others burned out.
As for the bathrooms, I believe that cleaning and painting would be the main points to be reviewed, at certain times the smell is not at all inviting.
The bar could reopen, offering basic items for club patrons.
I know of examples of smaller clubs that were revitalized and achieved greater visibility and leasing of all the vacant times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conheci o local através da Liga de Muay Thai Brasil. O evento foi muito bom e bem organizado. Na minha opinião o lugar precisa de uma reforma como melhoria dos pisos, pintura geral e iluminação da quadra.
I got to know the place through the Muay Thai Brasil League. The event was very good and well organized. In my opinion, the place needs a renovation like improvement of floors, general painting and lighting of the court.
