Não perco nem o tempo de comprar em locais assim! Quem vende tem que ter mais carinho e zelo com o consumidor que é quem realmente é a razão do negócio. Bola fora!!!!

Comprei uma calça leg k2b na loja no dia 16/10/2021, usei a calça apenas uma vez e no dia 20/10/2021 entrei em contato informando que a calça HAVIA ABERTO A COSTURA e que eu precisava da troca, infelizmente fiquei doente podendo ir na loja somente no dia 25/10/2021,onde fui recebida pelo dono ao qual relatei e mostrei o que houve com a calça, e pasmem que a resposta que eu tive foi a seguinte: VOCÊ VAI ME DESCULPAR MAS NÃO FAÇO A TROCA POIS FOI MAU USO DA PEÇA, VOCÊ ESTOUROU A CALÇA POIS NÃO VESTE O TAMANHO QUE COMPROU! Fiquei totalmente constrangida e ofendida com a fala dele e me retirei deixando a calça pra reparo pois foi a ÚNICA opção que eu tive! Me mandaram mensagem no ZAP dizendo que a calça está pronta porém até o momento não recebi uma desculpa como forma de amenizar o ocorrido, deixei registrado o que houve em mensagem e para quem sabe o que é depressão e ansiedade sabem no que acarretou em mim!
Worst experience of my life! I bought k2b leg pants at the store on 10/16/2021, I only wore the pants once and on 10/20/2021 I got in touch stating that the pants HAD OPENED THE SEWING and that I needed the exchange, unfortunately I got sick being able to go to the store only on 10/25/2021, where I was received by the owner to whom I reported and showed what happened to the pants, and I am amazed that the answer I had was: YOU WILL EXCUSE ME BUT I DON'T DO IT CHANGE IT BECAUSE THE PIECE WAS MISUSED, YOU BURNT YOUR PANTS BECAUSE YOU CAN'T WEAR THE SIZE YOU PURCHASED! I was totally embarrassed and offended by his speech and withdrew leaving my pants for repair because it was the ONLY option I had! They sent me a message on ZAP saying the pants are ready but so far I haven't received an apology as a way to alleviate what happened, I left recorded what happened in a message and for those who know what depression and anxiety are, you know what caused me!
