★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casa enorme, aconchegante, silenciosa, lugar perfeito para relaxar e se conectar com a natureza, longe da loucura da cidade. Estava lendo os comentários de pessoas reclamando dos insetos na casa, gente, a casa é no meio da mata, é óbvio que terá vários tipos de insetos! Levem repelente e inseticida que não tem problema algum! Passei 2 dias maravilhosos lá com meu marido e filha, e certamente voltarei com toda a família.
Huge, cozy, quiet house, perfect place to relax and connect with nature, away from the madness of the city. I was reading the comments of people complaining about the insects in the house, people, the house is in the middle of the forest, it is obvious that there will be several types of insects! Bring repellent and insecticide, which is no problem! I spent 2 wonderful days there with my husband and daughter, and will certainly be back with the whole family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui duas vezes na casa e foram duas experiencias completamente diferentes:
- Primeira vez, set/2021: Encontramos a casa muito suja e tivemos que limpar por que estava impossivel. Apesar disso, tudo muito gostoso e aconchegante. Lugar CHEIOOO de aranhas, mas é o esperado de um lugar assim no meio do mato.
- Segunda vez, jan/2022: A casa estava limpa e sem aranhas, o que me surpreendeu muito positivamente! por conta das chuvas, ficamos sem energia, mas isso nao foi necessariamente um problema (a casa tinha velas disponiveis, e isso nao eh culpa do dono já que a comunidade inteira estava no escuro). A unica coisa que nos chateou foi que nao podemos visitar o lago - que é uma das coisas mais faladas da casa.
Sugestao:
- As tomadas da casa poderiam contar com identificacoes falando se é 110 ou 220... isso foi um problema nas duas estadias
I went to the house twice and they were two completely different experiences:
- First time, Sep/2021: We found the house very dirty and had to clean it because it was impossible. Despite this, everything is very tasty and cozy. A place FULL of spiders, but that's what you would expect from a place like this in the middle of the woods.
- Second time, Jan/2022: The house was clean and without spiders, which surprised me very positively! because of the rains, we were without power, but that wasn't necessarily a problem (the house had candles available, and that's not the owner's fault as the whole community was in the dark). The only thing that bothered us was that we couldn't visit the lake - which is one of the most talked about things in the house.
Suggestion:
- The outlets in the house could have identifications saying if it is 110 or 220... this was a problem in both stays

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui com um grupo de meditação no final do ano passado. O lugar é um espetáculo! Um verdadeiro sonho! Vê-se que a estrutura é muito bem feita e a natureza ao redor é maravilhosa. Entretanto, está muito mal conservado! Colchões com molas quebradas, cheiro de mofo nos ambientes (já citaram isso há um ano em uma crítica e vcs negaram), chuveiros sem quase sair água e que não esquentam. Até a limpeza deixou muito a desejar (isso tb já tinha sido criticado aqui antes e vcs não resolveram). Até a estrutura de concreto que segura o corrimão para a escada dos fundos estava solta. Uma pessoa se apoiou no corrimão e quase caiu tudo. Sem contar o piano com teclas quebradas (que botaram sem funcionar só pra ficar bonito na foto) e pouca louça para grupos... enfim, não adianta o lugar ser lindo se não tem o mínimo para as pessoas passarem um fds com o básico. Infelizmente, tive que dar duas estrelas! Já tentei reclamar no Instagram, mas quem controla simplesmente apagou minha crítica. Olhando as fotos do lugar, parece que está tudo maravilhoso, mas estando lá se vê a total falta de manutenção. Caso comecem a cuidar do local como ele merece (e ele merece ser bem cuidado), editarei esse comentário com o maior prazer do mundo! De verdade. Porque gostaria muito de poder voltar a me hospedar nesse local com uma natureza tão maravilhosa e uma arquitetura dessas! Doeu o coração de todos verificar esses problemas e a falta de cuidados! Infelizmente, percebe-se que falta um cuidado constante que a casa precisa!
I went with a meditation group late last year. The place is a spectacle! A real dream! You can see that the structure is very well made and the nature around is wonderful. However, it is very poorly maintained! Mattresses with broken springs, musty smell in the rooms (they mentioned this a year ago in a review and you guys denied it), showers with almost no water coming out and that don't heat up. Even the cleaning left a lot to be desired (this had also been criticized here before and you didn't solve it). Even the concrete structure that holds the banister to the back stairs was loose. One person leaned on the banister and almost fell over. Not to mention the piano with broken keys (which they didn't work just to look nice in the photo) and little crockery for groups... anyway, there's no use in the place being beautiful if there's not enough for people to spend a weekend with the basics. Unfortunately, I had to give two stars! I've tried to complain on Instagram, but whoever controls it simply deleted my review. Looking at the photos of the place, it seems that everything is wonderful, but being there you can see the total lack of maintenance. If they start taking care of the place like it deserves (and it deserves to be well taken care of), I'll edit this comment with the greatest pleasure in the world! Really. Because I would love to be able to stay in this place again with such wonderful nature and such architecture! It hurt everyone's heart to see these problems and the lack of care! Unfortunately, it is clear that the house needs constant care!
