★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O proprietário diz "tentamos deixar a vaga em frente a loja reservada aos nosso clientes". Saiba que isso é prática ilegal, assim como a "guia pintada de amarelo" na calçada....a rua é pública, e qualquer pessoa pagadora de impostos (indiferente de comprar na sua loja ou não) tem direito a parar neste lugar.
Pela falta de reconhecimento do direito público, a minha nota é esta. Pois, se com o bem público age desta forma, quiçá com o direito do consumidor que compra em sua loja.
Devo reconhecer que foi muito polido e educado (partindo do ponto que não está com a razão, é natural), falando que "a vaga é para carga e descarga", mas não tem nenhuma placa que sinalize isso.
Educadamente retirei meu carro do local, e parei em outro lugar.
Em razão disso também, caso eu precise, vou até qualquer outra loja de materiais para construção, mas não compro e não recomendo.
Espero que repense a atitude, e (caso queira), providencie local para seus clientes estacionem (lembrando, a rua é pública).

The owner says "we try to leave the space in front of the store reserved for our customers". Be aware that this is illegal practice, as is the "yellow-painted guide" on the sidewalk .... the street is public, and anyone who pays taxes (regardless of whether they shop at your store) is entitled to stop at this place.
For lack of recognition of public law, my note is this. For if the public good acts this way, perhaps with the right of the consumer who buys in your store.
I must acknowledge that he was very polite and polite (from the point that he is not right, of course), saying that "the vacancy is for loading and unloading", but there is no sign to indicate that.
I politely removed my car from the scene, and stopped elsewhere.
For that reason too, if I need to, I go to any other building supply store, but I don't buy it and I don't recommend it.
I hope you rethink the attitude, and (if you wish) provide a place for your customers to park (remembering, the street is public).
