★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom dia ja fiz grandes negócios com a empresa e até o dia de hj não tive nenhum problema com repasse de locações, vendas ,e documentação então fico surpreso em ver tal comentário e até triste pois o Dr cleilton juntamente com a sua equipe nunca me deixaram na mão volto a mencionar pessoas honestas ,pessoas transparentes e de um caráter incontestável
É óbvio que ninguem e perfeito pode ter havido algumas falhas
Mas quem não as tiverem que então atire a primeira pedra
Se querem saber sou pela empresa e desconheço alguma empresa ai na Cidade dultra que acompanha seu cliente até o final seja de uma locação ou venda por isso então deixo meu comentário como amigo de empresa no geral e como cliente
Good morning I already did great business with the company and until today I had no problem with the transfer of locations, sales, and documentation so I'm surprised to see such comment and even sad because Dr cleilton with his team never left me I mention honest people, transparent people of an undeniable character
Obviously no one is perfect there may have been some flaws
But who do not have to then throw the first stone
If you want to know I'm for the company and I don't know any company there in Cidade dultra that accompanies your client until the end is a lease or sale so I leave my comment as a friend of company in general and as a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olha contratei a imobiliária Kennedy do com o Sr. Cleiton desde 11/2012, e então estou com um problema sério porque a imobiliária não tem me repassado os alugueis que a inquilina tem pago em dia.
O mas revoltante e achar que as pessoas são bobas dizendo que o banco repassa automaticamente e os docs que o banco faz estavam errados, então cade os comprovantes???
Gente cuidado, pois ficou de me transferir o dinheiro e até hj...
quer saber CANSEI.... PROCESSO NELE....

Look, I've hired Kennedy Realty from Mr. Cleiton since 11/2012, and so I'm in serious trouble because the real estate hasn't been passing me the rent the tenant has been paying on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meus pais já utilizaram serviços da casa kennedy e não tiveram nenhum problema, e quando eu quis comprar um imóvel meu pai indicou a casa kennedy e deu tudo certo, não tenho o reclamar foram muito atenciosos.
É fácil falarem só mau, quero ver os outros que fizeram bons negócios falarem também.
Um escritório que tem mais de 10 anos no mercado, dificilmente ficará impune de não ter nenhum problema.
