★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível. Muito mal organizado e mal gerenciado. Os caixas não tem troco, todo mês tem funcionários novos, o cheiro de incenso é insuportável, agente observa alguns funcionários sobrecarregados enquanto outros à toa. A única coisa que salva é a simpatia das meninas, mas a gestão é péssima.
 Horrible. Very poorly organized and poorly managed. The boxes have no change, every month there are new employees, the smell of incense is unbearable, an agent observes some employees being overwhelmed while others are idle. The only thing that saves is the friendliness of the girls, but the management sucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dia 2 de Janeiro de 2020, fomos no final da tarde a loja Casa e Laser localizado no Carioca Shopping para comprar uma "lembrancinha" para a minha Sogra que faz aniversário no dia 4 de janeiro e fomos surpreendidos com vários seguranças que ficavam nos observando e nos seguindo a cada passo, mesmo estando ao lado da minha filha. Me senti envergonhado em ver tal situação. Ao sair da loja, comentei com a minha cunhada que também estava na loja e ela disse que passou pela mesma situação, disse que os seguranças pareciam segurança particular. Já fomos outras vezes na casa e lazer e nunca havíamos passado por tal situação..
Day 2 January 2020, we were in the late afternoon the House and Laser shop located in the Carioca Shopping to buy a "souvenir" for my Mother-making birthday on January 4 and were surprised by several security guards who were watching us and following us with every step, even beside my daughter. I felt ashamed to see such a situation. As I left the store, I commented to my sister-in-law who was also in the store and she said she went through the same situation, said the security guards seemed like private security. We have been to home and leisure time before and we have never experienced such a situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto muito da loja, mas fiquei indignada ao perceber hoje que as operadoras dos caixas trabalham em pé o tempo todo. Segundo umas das funcionárias "só as grávidas" têm direito a um banco e isso é uma orientação do RH da empresa . No mínimo, desumano.
I really like the store, but I was indignant when I realized today that the cashier operators work standing up all the time. According to one of the employees "only pregnant women" are entitled to a bank and this is an orientation of the company's HR. At the very least, inhuman.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi constrangedor para ir nessa loja do carioca shopping, pois nao fui seguida não por 1, não por 2 , mas por 3 funcionários da loja. Um dos seguranças ,que aliás era mulher. Naquele momento a loja estava "vazia ". Estava acompanhada da minha irmã e do 2 meus filhos, conversando sobre coisas que deveria comprar qdo comecamos notar que seguranca fitava a gente com olhar e falava no fone que ele levava no peito e comecou a nos seguir descaradamente ao olhar p tras vi que outro seguranca andava no corredor de uns 5 metros indo e voltando olhando p a gente chegou a o ápice de meu filho de 11 anos notar a situacao e se assutar com aquele 2 homens atras da gente qdo surgiu a 3 pessoa da loja uma seguranca mulher numa faixa dos 40 anos morena bem queimada de sol que fazia o seguinte uma homem ficava numa ponta do corredor e ela na outra cercando a gente e ela me olhava de cima para baixo ,cheguei perto do seguranca jovem e falei que ja estava constrangedor . Continuei comprando paguei minhas compras. E naquele dia meu filho aprendeu o que é cultura do racismo. Se puxarem as imagens do video da loja Se ve o quanto foi execessivo ,tal atitude deles ..3 segurancas seguindo uma mulher negra acompanhada de 2 criancas ... O Rh deveria treinar melhor os seus funcionarios

I continued shopping and paid for my purchases. And that day my son learned what a culture of racism is. If they pull the images from the store video If you see how excessive it was, such an attitude from them ..3 security guards following a black woman accompanied by 2 children ... Rh should train his staff better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabo de chegar dessa loja e estou ASSUSTADA, ao chegar no setor de material escolar um segurança ficou literalmente atrás de mim, a distância era menor q 1 metro. A todo lugar que eu ia ele ia. Sai desse setor e fui para outro e notei q o mesmo falou no fone e imediatamente outro segurança começou a me vigiar. Fui novamente para outro setor e um 3° segurança me vigiou. Notei que nesse meio tempo um senhor aleatório sem com roupa normal tbm ia para os mesmos setores. Creio que seja um segurança a paisana. Por fim me deparo com uma funcionária me olhando tbm. Ou seja, fui sem o menor motivo seguida por 5 seguranças, CINCOOOOOOOO! Só pararam de me seguir qndo fui para o Caixa. Eu entendo que a loja é grande e vende miudezas e precisa de uma atenção mas isso passou dos limites. É constrangedor! Vim para casa me sentindo mal por algo q nem fiz. Vim decidida a fazer uma reclamação e quando entro no Google me deparo com outros testemunhos como o meu. Que bom! Deixo o meu aqui tbm para ficar registrado. Só não dou zero pq não dá. Gerente/responsável pela loja, estão esperando um processo para tomar alguma posição?
I have just arrived from this store and I am FARMED, when I arrived at the school supplies sector a security guard was literally behind me, the distance was less than 1 meter. Everywhere I went he went. I left that sector and went to another one and I noticed that he spoke on the phone and immediately another security guard started watching me. I went again to another sector and a 3rd security guard watched me. I noticed that in the meantime a random gentleman without normal clothes was also going to the same sectors. I believe it's an undercover security guard. Finally I come across an employee looking at me too. In other words, I went without the slightest reason followed by 5 security guards, CINCOOOOOOOO! They just stopped following me when I went to Caixa. I understand that the store is big and sells sundries and needs some attention but that went overboard. It's embarassing! I came home feeling bad for something I didn't do. I came determined to make a complaint and when I go to Google I come across other testimonials like mine. Great! I leave mine here too to be registered. I just don't give zero because I don't. Store manager/responsible, are you waiting for a process to take a position?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Daria menos ( - 1000 estrelas) pelo pessimo atendimento. Eram 8 (oito) funcionárias nos caixas e a fila não saia do lugar. As funcionárias ainda nos olhavam com desdém. Larguei a mercadoria em uma prateleira e fui procurar o gerente q estava de folga. Perguntei não tem quem o substitua a resposta foi não. Voltei hoje e novamente solicitei ao segurança para falar com a gerente. Fui atendida pela supervisora. Que me pediu-me o horário do ocorrido e iria verificar nas câmeras. Ao sair me dei conta q ela estava envolvida no ocorrido.
I would give less (-1000 stars) for the bad service. There were 8 (eight) employees at the cashiers and the line did not move. The employees still looked at us with disdain. I dropped the merchandise on a shelf and went to look for the manager who was off duty. I asked there is no one to replace him and the answer was no. I came back today and again asked security to speak to the manager. I was attended to by the supervisor. Who asked me the time of the event and would check the cameras. Upon leaving, I realized that she was involved in what had happened.
