Não dão acompanhamento e não deixam recados em caixa postal. O único que supostamente foi consertado parou em um mês. Atendente mal educado.
Run! Advertising deceives. He clearly has no experience in repairing wristwatches for the brands they advertise. Mine were almost 3 months. They do not follow up and do not leave messages in the mailbox. The one that was supposedly fixed stopped in a month. Rude attendant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ péssima , coloquei meu relógio herança de meu pai que frequentou por mais de 40 anos essa loja, e me deram um relógio parado e durante meses pedi ajuda fui ofendida de todas as formas com desleixo deboche etc, e promessas nunca cumpridas até acabar o prazo , não recomendo nem ao diabo , detalhe paguei seiscentos reais por nada e sem devolução e com mais de muitos e muitos contatos mentirosos.
terrible, I put my watch inherited from my father who attended this store for more than 40 years, and they gave me a stopped watch and for months I asked for help I was offended in every way with sloppy debauchery etc, and promises never fulfilled until the deadline, I don't even recommend it to the devil, detail I paid six hundred reais for nothing and no return and with more than many, many lying contacts.

Após esse tempo, além do relogio não ter sido consertado, entregaram com as peças todas soltas e ainda perderam a porta do relogio.
Como se não bastasse todo o transtorno, o dono não devolveu o dinheiro do sinal. FUJAM DESTE ESTABELECIMENTO.
Voltei para esclarecer: após avaliação o proprietário devolveu o sinal, depois de muita insistência (2 semanas de cobranças diárias). Realmente o relógio não era meu, o que isso invalida o comentário? Com relação ao prazo em nenhum momento informaram que não tinham peça de reposição e o problema do relógio.

As if all the inconvenience was not enough, the owner did not return the money for the down payment. FLEE FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT.
I came back to clarify: after evaluation the owner returned the signal, after much insistence (2 weeks of daily charges). Really the watch wasn't mine, what does that invalidate the comment? Regarding the deadline, at no time did they inform that they did not have a spare part and the problem with the watch.

Passados 15 dias, o técnico foi entregar e para surpresa de meu pai, poucos minutos depois do relógio ser posto em funcionamento, parou de funcionar de novo. Mais uma vez o relógio vai para conserto, e desde e não, sem notícia do estabelecimento. E essa falta de profissionalismo, presente em quase todos os comentários, mais uma vez se repete. Vamos ver se a resposta da loja será a mesma resposta vazia que tenho visto aqui.

Péssimo atendimento, não percam tempo levando relógio nesse estabelecimento, em nenhuma loja que fui atendida até hoje fiquei tão mal impressionada com o atendimento . Deixei o relógio no dia 9 de novembro para me entregarem no dia 8 de dez, resumindo bem resumido: meu marido hoje foi buscar porque eles nao fizeram o reparo que tinham se comprometido e recebido porque segundo comunicaram, nao sao vidraceiros!!! Surrealll, com tantos lojistas agonizando e a pessoa se presta a manter uma loja aberta com esse tipo de atendimento. Ludimila Rocha

I left the watch on the 9th of November to be delivered to me on the 8th of Dec. Surrealll, with so many shopkeepers dying and the person is willing to keep a store open with this type of service.
