Tenho 67 anos, moro em frente à lotérica, faço o possível para não usar os serviços, porque além das condições físicas serem precárias o atendimento deixa muito a desejar.
Hoje só tinha dois caixas atendendo, fiquei na fila de idosos por quase trinta minutos sem que fosse atendida, eu e outra idosa bem mais que eu, aliás quando cheguei ela já estava, quando de repente apareceu uma das funcionárias falando alto de entro da cabine dizendo que se nós não estivéssemos na fila de idosos não seríamos atendidos, quando questionei uma caixa chamada Luzia gritou lá de dentro que se não fosse pra fila não me atenderia.
Estou reclamando e me identificando porque acontece comigo que sou uma pessoa mais esclarecida imagine com as pessoas simples que chegam na fila na madrugada para esperar é que muitas são da zona rural.
Tenho plena consciência das dificuldades enfrentadas pelos lotéricas, especialmente numa cidade onde já houve mais de um assalto, mas infelizmente além dessas dificuldades termos que suportar o humor dos funcionarios.
Não estou pedindo para demiti-la, no entanto precisam ser mais bem orientadas quanto ao tratamento ao usuário dos serviços, pois são eles a razão da existência da lotérica.
Unfortunately, it has always been like this and today was the worst day.
I am 67 years old, I live in front of the lottery, I make the possible not to use the services, because besides the physical conditions are precarious the attendance leaves much to be desired.
Today I only had two boxes answered, I was in the queue for almost thirty minutes without being attended, me and another elderly woman much more than I, by the time I arrived she was already, when suddenly appeared one of the employees talking loudly inside the cabin saying that if we were not in the queue we would not be served, when I questioned a box called Luzia shouted inside that if it was not for the queue would not attend to me.
I'm complaining and identifying myself because it happens to me that I'm a more enlightened person imagine with the simple people who arrive in line at dawn to wait is that many are from the countryside.
I am fully aware of the difficulties faced by lottery players, especially in a city where there has been more than one assault, but unfortunately beyond these difficulties we have to endure the humor of the officials.
I am not asking you to dismiss it, however you need to be better oriented on how to treat the user of the services, as they are the reason for the existence of the lottery.

Total falta de respeito com os Idosos, fazendo com que os mesmos enfrentem Fila normal, debaixo de Sol de 35º ou mesmo os fazem retirar uma senha e voltar em outro horário.
Sem contar que o atendimento deixa MUITO a desejar, funcionárias mal instruídas.
O limite de Saque deve ser exposto de forma visível e de fácil entendimento.
Terrible service!
Total lack of respect for the Elderly, causing them to face a normal queue, under 35º sun or even make them remove a password and come back at another time.
Not to mention that the service leaves a lot to be desired, poorly educated employees.
The withdrawal limit must be exposed in a visible and easy to understand way.
