One of the worst Lottery Houses I've ever been to. The place is well cooled but very poorly organized. Their service is horrible, slow and stressful because they use only 1 box to serve a crowd. Fujão!

Tive uma péssima experiência hoje: o sistema ficou fora do ar, e por um bom tempo as pessoas que estavam fora da parte interna da lotérica não ficaram sabendo porque nenhum funcionário foi avisar. UM ABSURDO! Sem contar que durante as horas que estive na fila aguardando atendimento, NÃO TINHA ÁLCOOL EM GEL nesta lotérica. Falei DUAS vezes às atendentes a respeito disso e as mesmas simplesmente não fizeram NADA. Espero que a administração do espaço repasse isso às pessoas que estão atendendo nos caixas, afinal elas estão prestando um atendimento que precisa ser bem realizado, pois estão lhe dando com o público.
The lottery service is leaving much to be desired. I had a bad experience today: the system went down, and for a long time the people who were outside the lottery did not know because no employee went to warn them. AN ABSURD! Not to mention that during the hours I was in line waiting for service, I DIDN'T HAVE ALCOHOL IN GEL at this lottery. I told the attendants TWICE about it and they just did NOTHING. I hope that the administration of the space will pass this on to the people who are attending the cashiers, after all they are providing a service that needs to be well done, as they are giving it to the public.
