★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior experiência possível, minha mãe comprou uns óculos em janeiro e eles ficaram de entregar até dia 20/02. No dia 03/03 disseram q ainda não havia chegado e nem tinham previsão. Hoje, 04/03, ele disseram que só vão entregar no dia 20/03 e colocam a culpa na varilux. Um absurdo o descaso deles.
The worst possible experience, my mother bought some glasses in January and they were to deliver until February 20. On 03/03 they said they had not arrived yet and had no forecast. Today, 03/04, they said they will only deliver on 03/20 and put the blame on varilux. Their negligence is absurd.

HORRIVEL .....NUNCA MAIS VOLTO A COMPRAR.
TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE. WE BUY A PAIR OF SUPER EXPENSIVE GLASSES... MORE THAN 30 DAYS WE STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED. THE ATTENDANT STAFANY SAYS HE WILL CALL AND NEVER CALLS.
HORRIBLE .....NEVER BUY AGAIN.
