Vai a dica!!! Fiz uma compra nesta loja de grande quantidade de material, e quando fui abrir a caixa de piso, o pedreiro percebeu que a mesma foi fornecida quebrada, reclamei na loja e eles não trocaram. Fica a dica!!! Comprou, mesmo que o entregador saia de madrugada fazem eles abrirem todas as caixas pq se alguma estiver quebrada eles não trocam. Como comprei o piso e demorei para instalar eles não aceitaram a devolução.
Isso pq comprei quase todo o piso e material nesta loja. Imagina se não tivesse comprado. Sem contar que gastei quase R$ 1.000,” para ir receber à primeira remessa de material e somente após chegar na cidade me informaram que o material não seria entregue. Eles fizeram questão de R$ 142,80.
ABRAM TODAS AS CAIXAS QUANDO FOR RECEBER O PISO!!!! ZERO DE CONSIDERAÇÃO COM O CLIENTE!!!
