Tive que trocar o sofá duas vezes. Na primeira vez veio um sofá barulhento, na segunda veio um barulhento e SUJO. Na última vez me mandaram outro modelo de sofá, um pouco “melhor” do que os anteriores, mas DURO. E para ajudar o tecido dos encostos tem uma cor diferente do restante do sofá.
Pelo valor que paguei fiquei completamente INSATISFEITA, pois vi sofás melhores (mais confortáveis) pelo mesmo valor!!!!!
Com menos de 5 meses de uso (fevereiro), tive que pagar para colocar espuma no sofá pois ao sentar nele sentia a madeira.
A garantia de 3 meses é insignificante, porque agora, para piorar, com somente 8 meses de uso ele está fazendo barulho, parecendo sofá VELHO, com madeira podre.
Me arrependo totalmente.
The quality of the sofas is VERY BAD, DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!
I had to change the couch twice. The first time a noisy sofa came, the second time a noisy and DIRTY one. Last time I was sent another model of sofa, a little "better" than the previous ones, but HARD. And to help the backrest fabric have a different color than the rest of the sofa.
For the amount I paid I was completely DISSATISFIED, because I saw better sofas (more comfortable) for the same price !!!!!
With less than 5 months of use (February), I had to pay to put foam on the sofa because when I sat there I felt the wood.
The 3-month warranty is insignificant, because now, to make matters worse, with only 8 months of use it is making noise, looking like an OLD sofa, with rotten wood.
I totally regret it.
