Fazemos constantes treinamentos com os nossos colaboradores e tentamos ser o mais ágil possível no atendimentos, mas a pandemia trouxe toda uma adaptação e um novo cenário no comércio. Além de todo cuidado e respeito em nosso atendimento, também priorizamos a constante higienização e o controle da entrada dos clientes na loja, evitando assim aglomerações para não colocar em risco a saúde de todos. Temos sim muito respeito e admiração pelo mercado vegano que tem como objetivo um estilo de vida que visa evitar na medida do possível e praticável, o consumo de produtos e serviços que envolvam qualquer exploração animal. Não somos totalmente exclusivos, mas tentamos ao máximo fazer a nossa parte. Nos colocamos sempre a disposição de todo e qualquer mal entendido ou insatisfação dos nossos cliente para solucionar da melhor maneira possível e melhorar sempre!!
We, at Casa Natural Atibaia, greatly regret any misunderstanding regarding our service. We always prioritize good service, empathy, quality in all our services and in all our stores. We carry out constant training with our employees and try to be as agile as possible in providing assistance, but the pandemic brought about an adaptation and a new scenario in commerce. In addition to all the care and respect in our service, we also prioritize constant hygiene and control of customer entry into the store, thus avoiding crowding so as not to put everyone's health at risk. We do have a lot of respect and admiration for the vegan market, which aims at a lifestyle that aims to avoid, as far as possible and practicable, the consumption of products and services that involve any animal exploitation. We are not totally exclusive, but we try our best to do our part. We are always at the disposal of any misunderstanding or dissatisfaction of our customers to solve the best possible way and always improve!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Se fosse uma ocasião isolada tudo bem. Mas é péssimo mesmo. Como moramos na zona rural minha esposa sempre faz o pedido e me pede para pegar. É sempre chato achar lugar para parar em horário comercial e deixo as crianças no carro para pegar a encomenda. As atendentes levam uma eternidade para atender os clientes no caixa, ficam batendo papo sobre curiosidades genéricas sobre produtos e banalidades sobre origem da cenoura de sanduíche vegano. Depois de vivenciar isso várias vezes em ocasiões diferentes com meus filhos esperando no carro pelo que seria apenas buscar uma encomenda, hoje eu saí da fila e larguei a encomenda lá. Muito papo ecochato para riquinho dizer que está salvando o planeta e péssimo atendimento.
Terrible attendance. If it was an isolated occasion, fine. But it's really bad. As we live in the countryside, my wife always orders and asks me to pick it up. It's always annoying to find a place to stop during business hours and I leave the kids in the car to pick up the package. The attendants take forever to serve customers at the checkout, chat about generic curiosities about products and banalities about the origin of vegan sandwich carrots. After experiencing this several times on different occasions with my children waiting in the car for what would be just a pick-up, today I got out of line and dropped the package there. Lots of eco-boring talk for rich guy to say he's saving the planet and bad service.
