★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei o método de Sax do Klosé, editado pela Ricordi. Fui atenciosamente atendido e pude examinar as várias alternativas. Gostei do método da Yamaha, mas o do Klosé me pareceu mais completo, e o vendedor o recomendou. Em casa, tentando estudar, verifiquei que a impressão é grosseira, quando as brancas estão sobre as linhas às vezes parecem pretas. Voltei com a intenção de o trocar pelo da Yamaha, mais barato e outro livro de sax, com CD, pagando a diferença. Se recusaram, alegando para mim, que preferi comprar o livro a pirateá-lo (existe na internet em pdf), o combate à pirataria. A Casa Oliveira perdeu um freguês, a biblioteca da Escola Villa Lobos ganhou um método, que será útil para pessoas com melhor visão, e a Ricordi, que eu tinha em alta conta, saiu chamuscada. Tenho vários livros dela, comprados fora, todos com impressão impecável.
I bought the Klosé Sax method, edited by Ricordi. I was attentively answered and could examine the various alternatives. I liked Yamaha's method, but Klosé's seemed more complete to me, and the seller recommended it. At home, trying to study, I found that the impression is crude, when white is over the lines sometimes looking black. I returned with the intention of exchanging it for the cheaper Yamaha and another saxophone, with CD, paying the difference. They refused, claiming to me, that I would rather buy the book than pirate it (exists on the internet in pdf), the fight against piracy. Casa Oliveira has lost a customer, the Villa Lobos School library has gained a method that will be useful for better-sighted people, and Ricordi, which I held in high regard, was scorched. I have several of her books, bought out, all with impeccable print.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja muito antiga e referência em música na R. da Carioca. Aumentou o espaço nesse 'novo' endereço. Mobiliário e vendedores muito antigos, mas isso só confirma e melhora o bom atendimento. Muito forte em partituras e material didático em geral(livros, métodos, etc....). 'Instrumentos musicais' não é o forte deles não!
Very old store and reference in music in R. da Carioca. The space at this 'new' address has increased. Very old furniture and sellers, but this only confirms and improves good service. Very strong in sheet music and teaching material in general (books, methods, etc ...). 'Musical instruments' is not their forte!

Instrumentos musicais qualquer loja pode ter, mas atendimento e empatia com o cliente não se encontra em qualquer lugar. Sou ritmista e sempre dou preferência a eles. Só compro meus tamborins com eles e recomendo demais!
Gentle, welcoming and portraying an era that is sadly ending. Musical instruments any store can have, but customer service and empathy cannot be found anywhere. I am a drummer and I always prefer them. I just buy my tambourines from them and recommend them a lot!
