★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui comprar álcool 70% para fazer a higienização de cicatriz pós cirúrgica, o atendente veio me dá um álcool para limpeza de superfícies, eu ainda o questionei sobre isso e ele continuou dizendo que era esse, até eu falar que era o álcool para a higienização de umbigo de recém nascido, dai me trouxe o correto, pensei que por ser um estabelecimento especializado em materiais hospitalares teriam mais conhecimento sobre o que vendem e não o cliente ter que "ensinar" qual produto é.
I went to buy 70% alcohol to clean the post-surgical scar, the attendant gave me alcohol to clean surfaces, I even questioned him about it and he kept saying that it was this one, until I said it was alcohol for cleaning from a newborn's navel, then he brought me the correct one, I thought that because it is an establishment specializing in hospital supplies, they would have more knowledge about what they sell and not the customer having to "teach" what product it is.
