★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paguei para montar minha bancada,no fim fizeram uma gambiarra e colocaram culpa no desvios do piso da casa,me cobraram por um serviço mal feito que meu marido faria.Colocaram um calço na pedra parte seca,um serviço de péssima qualidade sem capricho,ainda deixaram uma bagunça em meu quintal com o corte que foi feito. O Fernando responsável pelo meu pedido foi grosso em contato via WhatsApp ,quando questionei o serviço. Profissional sério não faria isso. Nunca mais contrato o serviço deles e não indico para ninguém, acredito que a pedra foi mal feita e para não ficarem no prejuízo deram um jeitinho.No dia da montagem eu não estava em casa ,se não permitiria esse desserviço.No mínimo possível ,poderiam ter feito um calço de fora a fora na mesma cor da pedra,sendo que a pedra foi confeccionada por eles.

I never contract their service again and I do not recommend it to anyone, I believe that the stone was badly made and so that they would not be at a loss they did a little bit. On the day of the assembly I was not at home, if I would not allow this disservice. having made a block from the outside in the same color as the stone, and the stone was made by them.

Em Fevereiro estava fazendo alguns orçamentos pela região para aquisição de uma pia para o meu banheiro, foi quando encontrei essa empresa entrei em contato pelo WhatsApp o vendedor me atendeu e foi extremamente solicito a princípio, eu enviei as medidas ele me fez o orçamento e fechamos o negócio, o terror começou quando o mesmo Sr. entrou em contato para simplesmente me avisar que estavam indo instalar e eu fui contrária pois o meu banheiro estava sendo finalizado ainda, ocasião em que ele me chamou de pasmem “filhinha” (?????) em suas palavras “ olha filhinha, eu não tenho apenas o seu serviço então poderei fazer apenas daqui 15 dias” nesse momento já não tinha mais condições de falar com esse Sr. Mas o serviço ainda não estava finalizado até que após muita conversa na última quarta-feira dia 30/03 vieram instalar a pia, porem ao tentar instalar o meu gabinete descobrimos que a pia havia sido confeccionada com 3 cm a menos do que o combinado o que impossibilitou a instalação do meu móvel, ou seja eu tenho um móvel perdido pois não fizeram o que eu havia solicitado desde o início, que seria uma pia com 78x45 a empresa e o vendedor por sua vez não apresentaram nenhuma solução para o meu problema e em sua defesa disseram que achavam que o móvel havia sido feito sob medida mas eu comprei uma pia de 78 cm e não 75 cm se havia dúvida deveriam ter me consultado e desde o ocorrido a empresa tem nos tratando com desdém como se tivéssemos pedindo um favor, precisei me desfazer do móvel que havia pago um valor considerável agora estou com um prejuízo sem o móvel e sem nenhuma solução da parte da empresa, quando eu encontrei uma solução razoável para que eu não saísse 100% no prejuízo já que foi uma falha da empresa eles recusaram a minha solução e por eles tudo certo.
Não recomendo, tomem cuidado a empresa são ótimos vendedores, mas o pós venda é péssimo.
The worst choice I made!
In February I was doing some budgets around the region for the purchase of a sink for my bathroom, that's when I found this company I got in touch via WhatsApp the seller answered me and was extremely requested at first, I sent the measurements he made me the budget and we closed business, the terror began when the same Mr. got in touch to simply let me know that they were going to install it and I was against it because my bathroom was still being finished, at which time he called me amazing “little daughter” (?????) in his words “look little daughter, I I don't just have your service so I can only do it in 15 days” at that moment I was no longer able to talk to this Mr. But the service was still not finished until after a lot of conversation last Wednesday 30/03 they came to install the sink, however when trying to install my office we discovered that the sink had been made with 3 cm less than the agreed which made it impossible to install my furniture, that is, I have a lost piece of furniture because they did not do what I had requested from the beginning, which would be a sink with 78x45, the company and the seller in turn did not present any solution to my problem and in their defense they said they thought the furniture had been custom made but I bought a 78 cm sink and not 75 cm if there was any doubt they should have consulted me and since that happened the company has been treating us with disdain as if we were asking for a favor , I had to get rid of the furniture that had paid a considerable amount now I am at a loss without the furniture and without any solution from the company, when I found a reasonable solution so that I would not be 100% at a loss since and it was a fault of the company they refused my solution and for them everything was fine.
I do not recommend, be careful the company are great sellers, but the after sales is terrible.
