Uma vez me mandaram um produto errado, retornei pelo whatsapp informando e me ignoraram, quase 1 mes depois fingi que ia fazer um novo pedido e prontamente me atenderam, reclamei sobre isso e a pessoa finalmente falou sobre o erro do produto.
Esse mês meu esposo tentou novamente um pedido. Comprei um produto que foi me passado por R$ 120 o kg e quando recebi estava R$ 200 o kg, é quase 100% de diferença no valor. É um absurdo sem tamanho, e ao informar o erro novamente fomos mal atendidos e nao tivemos o produto trocado.
Espero muito que voces leiam esse comentario e tentem melhorar, pois chega uma hora que o cliente cansa de ser mal atendido e vai procurar algum local que o trate melhor.
Customer service and support is extremely important, and twice I had a bad experience and I was tired of giving it another chance.
Once they sent me a wrong product, I returned via whatsapp informing me and they ignored me, almost 1 month later I pretended I was going to place a new order and they promptly answered me, I complained about it and the person finally spoke about the product error.
This month my husband tried again to make a request. I bought a product that was given to me for R$ 120 a kg and when I received it was R$ 200 a kg, it's almost 100% difference in value. It's absurd, and when reporting the error again, we were poorly served and the product was not exchanged.
I really hope you read this comment and try to improve, because there comes a time when the customer gets tired of being poorly served and will look for a place that treats them better.
