Entrei em contato com a proprietária que informou realmente que foi uma criança que estava no local que cortou e não podia fazer nada, pedi para que ao menos regularizasse o pelo hj e não foi passado que não tinham ninguém para executar o procedimento.
Vou aguardar o retorno para resolver a questão.

I have a Maltese that we let the hair grow for 3 years, today my wife went on site to get her from a bath and the hair was cut by a child !!!!
I contacted the landlady who actually informed that it was a child who was in the place that cut and could not do anything, I asked to at least regularize the hair hj and it was not passed that they had no one to perform the procedure.
I will wait for the return to resolve the issue.
