Poorly educated box, passes customers in front of the queue, picks up badly, beats mouth and still takes an eternity. Be prepared to repeat your request 3x, but no one will really score.

Salty expensive and not even a slice of ham in the roll. Ice tea also awful. Service with employees more concerned with chatting than answering.

O problema é a limpeza. O público não ajuda, deixando resto de alimentos nas mesas, não respeitando os demais frequentadores, e a equipe demora a limpar o rastro dos clientes...
Então você como cliente tem que fazer a faxina no local!
Ou seja, operação ineficiente para *público * mal * educado*!!
Infelizmente os clientes comprometem o local.
The place is comfortable, variety of cool foods, service ok. Educated but without differential.
The problem is cleanliness. The public doesn't help, leaving food left on the tables, not respecting other patrons, and the staff takes time to clear the trail of customers ...
So you as a customer have to do the on-site cleaning!
That is, inefficient operation for * public * poor * polite * !!
Unfortunately customers compromise the location.

Tomei um cappuccino + pão de queijo e paguei R$16,40. Só consumi porque estava com muita fome e não havia outra opção de alimentação no local.
The environment is clean and pleasant. The attendants are friendly and helpful, but the prices of the products are quite expensive, as if they were from a shopping mall.
