Na primeira vez a vendedora criticou meu cabelo, o que me deixou constrangida (acredito que pra tentar vender o produto) e da segunda vez, quando pedi pra ver um produto, ela me levou até o produto mais caro, quando eu perguntei se tinha algum com o preço mais em conta ela me apontou onde estava e simplesmente parou de me atender porque eu não quis comprar o caro que ela havia indicado, o mesmo aconteceu em seguida com outra vendedora, querendo sempre empurrar o mais caro sem ser o desejo do cliente.

The first time the saleswoman criticized my hair, which made me embarrassed (believe me to try to sell the product) and the second time, when I asked to see a product, she took me to the most expensive product, when I asked if there was any with the price more in account she pointed me where she was and simply stopped answering me because I did not want to buy the expensive she had indicated, the same happened next with another saleswoman, always wanting to push the most expensive without being the customer's desire .

Eu adoro entrar numa loja e olhar novidades, analisar preço.Se quiser comprar tem que levar anotado o que quer e precisa, os preços são elevados como em qualquer outro lugar, depende do produto.

Tb notei um grande desconhecimento de conceitos básicos sobre cremes e maquiagem, o que me assustou, de vdd. Preços altos tb. Tive que resolver tudo sozinha. São sugestões para vcs melhorarem o atendimento, pois saí de outro bairro para prestigiar uma loja q já teve preços mais justos e atendimento melhor. Se for para pagar caro e ser mal atendida compro aqui mesmo perto de casa onde só há o problema dos preços, pois o atendimento é bom.

Fui essa semana a moça ficou me olhando de cima a baixo com olhar crítico sem necessidades e ainda ficou me oferecendo os produtos mais caros da loja sendo q já tinha feito minha escolha de produtos. Segunda vez q sou mal recebida no estabelecimento, pretendo não fazer mais compras lá, Horrível.
