★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem um ótimo atendimento,mas pra facilitar vocês eram pra enviar pagamento via boleto por E-mail , eu pago minhas contas tudo junto de preferência em um só lugar então eu imprimo e vou num canto só ,tentem efetuar essa modalidade o cliente ganha tempo e fica satisfeito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Produtos de boa qualidade, preço bom. Porem oque acho chato é todos os atendentes ficarem na porta igual um paredão, me sinto ate um pouco desconfortável com isso, eles deveriam ficar espalhados pela a loja.
Good quality products, good price. But what I find annoying is that all the attendants stay at the door like a wall, I even feel a little uncomfortable with that, they should be scattered around the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quero por meio vim falar que hoje dia 28/12/2021, fui a casa pio do North Shopping querendo fazer uma troca na qual não fiquei satisfeita com o produto, vários vendedores me olhando, e eu abordei uma que já é uma absurdo isso acontecer a ponto de que tinha várias conversando na porta, e ela me alegou que estava em uma troca e pediu pra mim ir a outra vendedora que segundo ela estava “desocupada”, ao chegar na vendedora Jussara ela me tratou com extrema estupidez e má educação segundo ela dizendo que acabara de sair de outra troca e foi a caminho da outra vendedora na qual mentiu que não estava fazendo troca alguma, expos eu, meu esposo, minha mãe e meu filho a tão pouco, que no meu ponto de vista uma troca e tão importante quanto uma venda, extremamente insatisfeita, acabei nem comprando nada pra mim só pelo mal gosto do atendimento que tive ! Atendimento péssimo, e vendedora pior ainda ! Não comprem com a Jussara, principalmente se for troca!
I mean, I came to say that today, 12/28/2021, I went to the North Shopping's pious house wanting to make an exchange in which I was not satisfied with the product, several sellers looking at me, and I approached one that is already absurd for this to happen to the point that there were several talking at the door, and she claimed to me that she was in an exchange and asked me to go to another salesperson who according to her was "unoccupied", when I arrived at the salesperson Jussara she treated me with extreme stupidity and rudeness according to she saying that she had just left another exchange and was on her way to the other seller where she lied that she was not making any exchange, she exposed me, my husband, my mother and my son to so little, that in my point of view an exchange was as important as a sale, extremely dissatisfied, I didn't even buy anything for myself just because of the bad taste of the service I had! Terrible service, and even worse seller! Do not buy with Jussara, especially if it is an exchange!
