★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me hospedei com minha bebê de 9 meses, faltou energia elétrica a noite toda e com q chuva gotejou nas camas. Dormimos na cozinha e no escuro. A anfitriã não foi solícita e empática.
I stayed with my 9-month-old baby, there was no electricity all night and with q rain dripped onto the beds. We sleep in the kitchen and in the dark. The hostess was not solicitous and empathetic.

Excellent stay, the city is wonderful. A super cozy village. Wonderful house, with all the comfort for that well-deserved rest. Owners are super attentive and ready to answer any questions about places to visit in the region and about anything from the house.

It was a retreat for the soul to be there, we had a lot of fun and came back energized.
Hostess super attentive and prompt, recommended us super nice tours and promptly attended to our requests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A casa é bem legal e aconchegante, porém tem falta de energia elétrica constantemente e quando chove goteja em cima das camas.
A Andressa, anfitriã, sempre muito solícita e educada. Mas infelizmente isso não foi o suficiente para reparar o stress que tivemos nessa estadia. No primeiro dia acabou a energia umas oito horas da noite e só voltou no dia seguinte na parte da tarde, além disso teve a chuva e o calor pq não tínhamos como usar o ar condicionado. Para piorar, estávamos com uma criança de dez meses.
Em nenhum momento fomos avisados sobre a falta de energia, inclusive a Andressa disse que isso eu já deveria saber por estar indo para um lugar com pouco infraestrutura, porém acho uma falta de respeito com os hóspedes esse comentário, visto que as outras pousadas se preocupam com os mesmos e colocam gerador para resolver esse problema, já que é constante no local.
Conversamos com a Andressa no dia seguinte, ela só concordou em devolver duas diárias, visto que uma nós teríamos usufruído por termos usado a casa. Infelizmente não tivemos outro jeito, aceitamos isso e tivemos que ir para outro local que fosse possível desfrutar de uma viagem.
Só conseguimos o estorno do valor, depois de cancelada a reserva no booking (a pedido da mesma), acredito que seja para eu não conseguir avaliar o local no aplicativo. Patético essa atitude dela.
Enfim...
NÃO RECOMENDO ESSE LOCAL
The house is very nice and cozy, but it lacks electricity constantly and when it rains it drips on the beds.
Andressa, hostess, always very helpful and polite. But unfortunately that was not enough to repair the stress we had during that stay. On the first day the power went out at about eight o'clock at night and only returned the next day in the afternoon, in addition there was rain and heat because we had no way to use the air conditioning. To make matters worse, we were with a ten-month-old child.
At no time were we warned about the lack of energy, including Andressa said that I should already know this because I am going to a place with little infrastructure, but I think this comment is disrespectful to the guests, since the other inns are concerned with them and put a generator to solve this problem, since it is constant on site.
We talked to Andressa the next day, she only agreed to return two nights, since one we would have enjoyed because we used the house. Unfortunately we had no other way, we accepted it and had to go to another place where it was possible to enjoy a trip.
We only got the refund of the amount, after the reservation was canceled on the booking (at the request of the same), I believe that it is for me not to be able to evaluate the place in the application. This attitude of her is pathetic.
Anyway...
