For me it closed. It had to be forbidden to have livehouses in residential neighborhoods. A hellish noise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A casa de festa possui um espaço bom, porem de difícil acesso e em área residencial, se tornando uma opção ruim para festas principalmente no avançar da Hora. Não possui facilidade de estacionamento, e por isso as ruas no entorno ficam prejudicadas durante eventos.
Pouco recomendada.
The party house has a good space, but difficult to access and in residential area, becoming a bad option for parties especially in the late hours. It has no parking facility, so the surrounding streets are damaged during events.
Little recommended.
