Um diz uma coisa, outro diz outra e no final da história é melhor você se virar pra tentar encontrar o que quer sozinho.
A cada ida, uma decepção diferente. Seja pelo despreparo do atendimento, seja pela ausência de disposição dos funcionários para proporcionar ao cliente a satisfação da compra.
Uma vez pedi 01 bolsa de cartolina, como não tinha, a vendedora descartou a venda, ao invés de pegar 20 cartolina que é equivalente a uma bolsa e colocar numa sacola para me vender. (Obviamente isso é uma questão apenas de ter interesse em vender).
Minha mais recente situação foi buscar sacola de embalagem de plástico, onde uma funcionária disse que pequenas era no setor de brinquedos e grande no setor papelaria. Como eu queria pequena, fui ao setor de brinquedos, chegando lá fui informado que não vendiam embalagem. Ao desistir, quando está a saindo da loja, encontrei as embalagens de plástico na prateleira onde vende material escolar.
Enfim, é cada um por si.

One says one thing, another says another and at the end of the story you'd better turn around and try to find what you want on your own.
Every trip, a different disappointment. Either because of the unpreparedness of the service, or because of the lack of willingness of the employees to provide the customer with the satisfaction of the purchase.
Once I asked for 01 cardboard bag, as I didn't have it, the saleswoman discarded the sale, instead of taking 20 cardboard which is equivalent to a bag and putting it in a bag to sell me. (Obviously this is just a matter of having an interest in selling).
My most recent situation was fetching plastic packaging bags, where an employee said small was in the toy sector and large in the stationery sector. As I wanted to be small, I went to the toy sector, when I got there I was informed that they didn't sell packaging. When I gave up, as she was leaving the store, I found the plastic packaging on the shelf where she sells school supplies.
In the end, it's every man for himself.
