Não tinha as toalhas de rosto do mesmo padrão da de banho, ele não mediu esforços ligando em outros lugares para perguntar se tinha disponível!! Com certeza vou na Casa Real antes de qualquer outro lugar! O bom atendimento faz o cliente voltar! Muito obrigada!
We were very well attended by salesperson Bruna! She was great with us, super helpful! The Manager then? He didn’t have face towels of the same standard as the bath, he didn’t go out of his way calling elsewhere to ask if he had them available !! I will definitely go to Casa Real before anywhere else! The good service makes the customer come back! Thank you!
