★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na hora de vender prometem a entrega em determinada data e nao cumprem. Melhor pagar um pouco mais no concorrente (Casa Modelo), pois lá a palavra é cumprida. Não compro mais nem um prego nessa loja.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deposito com muita variedade de materiais , qto a entrega eles cumprem com data e horário ,Preços dentro do valor de mercado qto pagamento facilitam no cartão e concedem desconto a vista , o atendimento telefonico é um pouco dificil tem que insistir um pouco acredito que seja pelo grande fluxo de clientes no balcão , eles atendem pelo whatsapp eu prefiro contato por lá ou presencialmente mesmo , tem que pegar senha para ser atendido pq como disse o fluxo de clientes é grande e com a senha fica mais organizado ...qto ao atendimento depende do dia kkk as vezes eles estão irritados e mal respondem as suas perguntas e tem dias que só faltam lhe dar uvas na boca e te abanar com folha de bananeira , acredito que é porque não tenham supervisão já vi muitos sairem de lá reclamando do atendimento rispido , o pessoal do pátio é ligeiro e muito educados minha avaliação é sobre a minha experiencia mesmo com alguns descasos por parte dos balconistas continuo cliente pq os proprietários são gente finissíma mas o atendimento precisa de uma supervisão URGENTE
