â â â â â Empresa nĂŁo tem comprometimento nenhum com o Cliente, solicitei a troca de uma mercadoria dentro do prazo, apresentei nota, e a Ășnica coisa que sabiam dizer Ă©: VocĂȘ precisa aguardar, pois mercadoria estĂĄ em falta. E depois de 4 meses cobrando um retorno, o Sr. Caetano me informa que passarĂĄ o caso pra fĂĄbrica, pois ele nĂŁo tem o que fazer, um total descaso. PĂ©ssimo atendimento, pĂ©ssimo pĂłs-vendas, pĂ©ssimo produto. NĂŁo recomendo pra ninguĂ©m.
The company has no commitment to the Client, I requested the exchange of goods within the deadline, I presented a note, and the only thing they knew how to say is: You need to wait, because the goods are in short supply. And after 4 months demanding a return, Mr. Caetano informs me that he will pass the case on to the factory, as he has nothing to do, a total neglect. Lousy service, lousy after-sales, lousy product. I don't recommend it to anyone.
